How can I submit my engraving information?

Online Engraving

1. Visit... www.crownawards.com/engrave
2. You must enter your order #
3. Check all engraving information carefully & accurately; please check spelling as well.
4. Crown is not responsible for Customer Engraving Errors.
5. All engraving will be processed as submitted

Email Engraving

1. Type your sales order # in the "subject" line.
2. Send your Word or Excel document with engraving detail.
3. Use font size 12, typed in Capital Letters.
4. Review your engraving information carefully and accurately.
5. Send to:
   engrave@crownawards.com
6. Subject line should read New Engraving and Order #

Fax Engraving
To avoid costly errors, we highly recommend you submit engraving via email.

However, if faxing is your only choice:

1. All Fax Engraving must be typed. To ensure accuracy, NO HANDWRITTEN engraving will be accepted.
2. Include your Order # and daytime phone # and cell phone #
3. Use Font Size 12 and type in Capital Letters
4. Fax your information to 914-347-8106

Recognition Awards Engraving Plate Information:
Free Engraving up to 40 letters on Acrylics and Clocks
Free Engraving up to 40 letters on Corporate Plaques
Additional 25 cents will be charged per each additional letter automatically to your existing credit card

Free Logo on 50+ Piece orders:
Under 50 pieces, $25.00 logo fee. (a one time additional charge may be applied to multiple logos).

Digital Files:
We accept EPS, JPEG, TIFF files- Adobe Illustrator or EPS preferred; e-mail files to: engrave@crownawards.com. Note: specify your order # in the subject line

Engraving Plate Information For Medals:
All Engravings are processed on “Separate Plates” with an adhesive backing. Our adhesive engraving plate saves cost to our customers by having the option to add a new name or change names when needed just by re-ordering new engraving plates only. If additional medals are not needed, just adhere a new engraving plate.

Plates are BLACK with GOLD Lettering, and shipped with your order UNATTACHED to the medal. Note: On “Free Form” medals, plates are vertical. • Most of our Medals are available in Gold, Silver & Bronze Finishes. Different Finishes (on medals only) Can Be Combined To Receive Qty Discount Breaks.

Crown Awards recommends NOT adding “Individual Names” on Medals.  If you prefer to have individual names, there will be a 25 cents Additional Charge per Medal. Engraving Charge- 50 cents per plate / With Individual Names - 75 cents per plate

Medals - Specific Engraving Plate Limits
The medal size determines the number of letters that are allowed. Blank spaces count.

Plate limits on Trophies, Lucites & Sculptures:
All sizes & styles - 3 lines per item. No more than 30 letters per line on any item.

Engraving Check List Reminders

1. Include your order # on all submitted Engraving information.
2. Match the number of Engravings to the number of items ordered.
3. Separate your Engraving by item # & make sure to specify male/female on each item.
4. Stay within the allotted number of characters... (blank spaces count).
5. Medals: Additional fees of 10 cents per letter will be charged to your existing credit card
   Recognition Awards, Acrylics, Clocks, Corporate Plaques: Additional fees of 25 cents per letter will be charged to your existing credit card.
6. Type all Engraving in CAPITAL LETTERS.
