Credit Cards

Credit Cards are the best form of payment to expedite your order.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Internet Orders are by credit card only. All transactions are encrypted and secure to protect your personal information.

Check or Money Order

We also accept certified checks, organizational checks and money orders; however, orders will not get shipped until we receive payment. *Note: Payment by personal check must wait 10 days to clear. To pay by check or money order, please call us at 1-800-227-1557.

Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders are accepted from Government Agencies only!

Signed copy must be faxed ASAP; order cannot ship until the P.O. is received with the correct amount due. Fax your signed purchase order to 1-914-347-7008. To pay by purchase order, please call us at 1-800-227-1557.

Free Shipping Policy

Free Shipping does not apply on orders paid by Purchase Orders.

Shipping Policy

Free Ground Shipping applies to all prepaid trophy and plaque orders over $100.00. Medals, Ribbons, Pins, Patches, Certificates, Crystal, Acrylics, Clocks, Gavels and Promotional Products would not qualify towards the free shipping.

*Valid in Continental US Only - Does not include Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, APO's/FPO's or anywhere outside the U.S.A.

Shipping charges are determined by weight and shipping destination. APO/FPO orders are shipped via Priority Mail and generally take 2 weeks. (Express shipping is available but delivery time is not guaranteed). We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada, these orders would not qualify for free shipping and are shipped via Postal Service or UPS 2 Day Air. Sorry, No COD Orders

Return Policy

If you need to return an award(s), please contact our customer service team at 1-800-227-1557 as all returns must be authorized for tracking purposes.

  • We must be notified of pending returns within 7 business days of the order delivery date.
  • All return orders are subject to a 30% restocking charge.
  • Shipping charges, engraved plates, plaques, lucites, and crystal awards are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Sorry for the inconvenience but we no longer accept any incoming or outgoing faxes. To ensure accuracy and avoid costly errors all engraving must be emailed to us at

Engraving Check List Reminders

  1. Include your order # on all submitted Engraving information.
  2. Match the number of Engravings to the number of items ordered.
  3. Separate your Engraving by item # & make sure to specify male/female on each item.
  4. Stay within the allotted number of characters... (blank spaces count).
  5. Medals: Additional fees of 11 cents per letter will be charged to your existing credit card
    Recognition Awards, Acrylics, Clocks, Corporate Plaques: Additional fees of 26 cents per letter will be charged to your existing credit card.

Corporate Awards

Free Logo on 50+ Piece orders:
Under 50 pieces, $35.00 logo fee. (a one time additional charge may be applied to multiple logos). Our Corporate Engraving Experts will layout the engraving to fit the awards. The text will be sized and centered to best fit the awards.

Logos On File:
We store your logos on file for 3 years to re-use without an additional setup fee.

Digital Files:
