How do I pay by a PO?

We accept purchase orders from schools and government institutions ONLY.

If your organization qualifies, please follow the following steps:
1. Add your items to the cart
2. Create an account by hitting the “sign in” button in the header
3. Email us at customerservice@crownawards.com with the email address that was used to create the account
 
We will set up your account with option to pay by PO If you are a returning customer that has used purchase orders in the past, you can log into your account before checking out and your account will already be set up to accept purchase orders as a payment option.
 
Keep in mind that orders paid with a purchase order do not qualify for free shipping.
 
Please email the Purchase Order with the Order # in the subject line to customerservice@crownawards.com
 
Your Purchase Order will need to include all of the following:
• Order Number • Total dollar amount, including tax and shipping.
• The billing and shipping addresses on the PO must be the same as the order.
• The name, signature and title of the person authorizing payment
 
Once your purchase order is processed and approved, you will receive an automated email letting you know that your order is in production. If we have any questions or concerns, we will reach out to you before processing your purchase order.
