How long does it take to receive an order?
Once your order has been placed and paid for, it will be shipped within two business days. (Applies to stock items only). Items with a logo will take slightly longer. Glass items will be shipped within three business days of art approval. Rush shipping is available for phone orders at an additional cost.
What is your Low Price Guarantee?
We will gladly match any competitor’s advertised price on the same or similar item. Product must be shown on a website, catalog or advertisement. We will also work with you on a bid or quote. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-227-1557.
How much are shipping charges?
Free Ground Shipping applies to all prepaid trophy and plaque orders over $100.00. Medals, Ribbons, Pins, Patches, Certificates, Glass, Acrylics, Clocks, Gavels, Crown Bears and Promotional Products would not qualify towards the free shipping.
Shipping charges are determined by weight and shipping destination. APO/FPO orders are shipped via Priority Mail and generally take 2 weeks. (Express shipping is available but delivery time is not guaranteed). We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada, these orders would not qualify for free shipping and are shipped via Postal Service or UPS 2 Day Air.
Will I receive an email confirmation once my order ships?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from UPS along with all tracking instructions. Please go to the UPS.com Web site and enter your tracking number for the status of your order.
What is the best way to place an order?
Orders being paid by credit card, money order, check or Purchase Order can be placed directly with a representative at 1-800-227-1557. Only credit card orders are accepted on our website www.crownawards.com
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card payments are accepted.
We also accept checks and money orders, however payment must be received prior to shipping. Check by phone is not available. Purchase Orders are accepted from Government Organizations only. A signed copy must be faxed to 914-347-7008 once the order has been placed. Orders will not be shipped without a hard copy of the PO.
Are my payments secure?
This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer.)
How can I submit my engraving information?
The best and most accurate way to submit your engraving would be via email to engrave@crownawards.com or on our website www.crownawards.com/engrave. We do not recommend faxing engraving, however if that is your only option, it must be typed. We do not accept hand-written engraving information and are not responsible for any errors.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 1-800-227-1557 and have your order number available.
Return Policy
Please open and inspect all of your orders upon receipt. All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be authorized by our Customer Service Department, call 1-800-227-1557. Return time is 7 business days within delivery of order. Shipping charges, engraved plates, plaques, Lucite awards and glass items are non refundable.
Can I change my order?
Due to our rapid processing time, our system does not allow any changes. If a change is necessary, Crown Awards will generate a new sales order at an additional cost.
