I'm uploading my logo but I don't know what file type to use?

We prefer the following file types: ai , eps, pdf, psd, jpeg, png, tif.

My logo looks small/off center/wrong when I uploaded it. How do I change it or tell them to make it bigger?

Our Engraving Experts will format your logo to fit perfectly on the award you choose.

Please note that what you enter on the engraving engine online is not what your final engraving layout will be. After your order is submitted, you will be emailed a proof of your logo and engraving layout within 24 hours. We need your approval of the proof in order to begin production of your order.

Will I get a proof before placing an order with payment?

We would need to create a FREE quote or an order to send you a proof. After an order is submitted with your logo, you will be emailed a proof of your logo and engraving layout within 24 hours.

Can you tell me if our logo is still on file?

Yes, we would be happy to double check to see if your logo is on file or you can also search on our website by signing in to your account.

I used a logo with you last time I ordered, do I have to pay the logo fee again?

The logo setup fee is a one-time setup fee for the first time you use this logo with us. After that, your logo will be on file with us for you to use again at no cost to you.

I'm looking to order 3 awards with the same logo. Does that mean I have to pay $35 for each to have the logo?

The logo setup fee is a one-time logo setup fee for the first time you use the logo itself on our awards. You will not be charged the logo fee each time you use it on our awards.

What if they are in color? Will I have to pay the $6 charge for each award with color?

Many of our awards can carry a logo in color for an additional $6 charge. Each award you would like with a logo in color requires a color setup fee of $6.

I see an award that I like. I would like to know if it can carry two logos. How do I do this?

It depends on the award and the logo. You can check with our Engraving department by emailing your logo images to customerservice@crownawards.com.

Can I use my logo and your stock etchings at the same time on this award?

Yes, if there is room to add a logo to our etch award, you may need to limit the amount of text in order to add another logo. Please call 1-800-227-1557 and an Awards Specialist will be very happy to help you.

Is it possible for me to have some text, a logo, and then text on my award?

We can engrave the logo and engraving in that fashion for you. To do so, we will need to place the order by phone, please call 1-800-227-1557. You will also need to email us your engraving. That way you can tell the engraving department how you would like to have your layout to be.
