401 (K) PLAN

Crown offers a competitive retirement savings policy, providing employees the opportunity to save for retirement on a tax-deferred basis. Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors and office employees are eligible for the 401K plan after three (3) months of employment. The Company will make a matching contribution equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the amount of the elected salary reduction up to six percent (6%) of an employee's annual compensation.

After three (3) months of employment, the following five (5) days are the Company's paid holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Memorial Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Eve are an optional floating holiday.

Crown offers a comprehensive medical benefits package. Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and regular-full-time office employees, or others as required by law, are eligible for medical and dental benefits after three (3) months of employment. Coverage becomes effective on the first (1st) day of the next full month. The Company and the employees share the cost of the premium.

Crown currently offers an employee-funded Flexible Spending Account to full-time and part-time employees that have been employed with the Company for one (1) year. Employees are eligible on their one-year anniversary date. Plan participants may elect an annual amount of flexible dollars that are deducted on a pre-tax basis from each paycheck. The flexible dollars pay for eligible health care expenses and may include medical or dental insurance deductibles, co-payments and any out-of-pocket costs for vision care, etc.

COBRA is the temporary extension of health coverage for employees and their covered dependents. Upon termination from the Company for any reason, an employee has the right to continue group medical coverage at group rates as long as the employee pays the required monthly premium. The Company will provide employees with a written notice describing rights granted under COBRA when the employee becomes eligible for coverage.
