Art approval forms will show a rendering of your custom designed award, like our design your own and custom logo items! Please note, these art proofs will not include areas/items with engraving text on them.

Corporate approval forms offer a preview of your logo and include engraving information, text for that order.

We ask that you carefully check all approval forms to ensure the correct art is being used, as well as spelling, colors, and all information is correct.
